Basic records, appointments, and prescriptions

Before you can register for these services you need to read our Online Access booklet, complete the form on the back of it, present personally to the surgery with the appropiate identification documents (see booklet for advice) and the receptionists be able to provide you with a letter containing your personal Access ID and security PIN.

Online consultations

We have introduced an online service called 'Patient Triage by Accurx'. Patients of the practice can use this service to request help for non-urgent medical problems and administrative queries (ordering prescriptions or fit notes). In most instances the practice will endeavour to respond to your query within 2 working days, if you have not received a response from the practice after this time period please contact us on 01472 246100.
